What are the benefits of taking CBD Capsules?

Full Spectrum CBD can often have a harsh "earthy" taste. This is because Full Spectrum is as close to the natural Hemp plant as possible. They are also easy to store and do not need to be refrigerated or left in a cool dark place like most CBD products.
 

What strength of CBD Capsule should I take?

At CBD UK, we have various strengths from 10mg to 25mg. Some people find that 10mg is plenty for them but most people do require a stronger capsule. Our 25mg Softgel Capsules are one of our Best Sellers and although they are only sold as a "food supplement", the feedback from customers with various conditions is superb.
 

When should I take my CBD Gel Capsules?

We normally recommend taking your capsules first thing in the morning and last thing at night. With night time, we recommend taking about 30 minutes before bed as they often do help people to relax and they are also "slow release". Because our CBD Gel Capsules are 100% legal and 100% safe, you can take them anytime of day and they will not affect things like driving etc. They have zero Psychoactive Effects (mind-altering).
 

Strongest CBD Capsules available in the UK

We often get asked "what are the strongest CBD Capsules you sell". Our strongest capsule is a Full Spectrum 25mg Gel Capsule. Any stronger than this and you just do not need it. With all CBD, less is often more. One a day of these powerful little CBD Capsules is often more than enough for anyone.
 

How many CBD Capsules can I take?

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) recommend taking no more than 70mg of CBD per day. This was 200mg until a few years ago and prior to that, it was over 1000mg. We are unsure as to why this RDA (recommended Daily Allowance) changed but we have to advise this limit.

 

Will CBD Capsules get me high?

Even our Full Spectrum CBD Capsules contain the legal amount of controlled Cannabinoids and would not affect things like driving etc and would not make you fail a drugs test. We do always recommend sticking to the recommended dosages on the jar/box and not to exceed 70mg/day.

What is the difference between Full Spectrum, Broad Spectrum & Isolate CBD Capsules?

Full Spectrum CBD Capsules from CBD UK are made using all the various cannabinoids from the Hemp plant. Full Spectrum contain trace amounts of THC. This is still under the legal amount of 1mg/container and will not get you high.

Broad Spectrum CBD Capsules are just like Full Spectrum, apart from they have had all the THC removed. The trace amounts are so small that they are classed as "ND" or "None Detectable".

Pure CBD Capsules are made using the finest PURE CBD Isolate and they are exactly what it says on the tin; PURE CBD. Great for athletes or anyone who may have any concerns about taking CBD. They are as pure as possible.

 
A bit more about "Full Spectrum" CBD?

Full Spectrum CBD is CBD with nothing taken out. It contains all the important other Cannabinoids like CBG, CBDa etc and also the natural Terpenes and Flavonoids.

 These combined make what is known as the "Entourage Effect" where they combine to amplify each compound and put your body back in tune. When your body absorbs CBD, it starts to balance itself making you feel more "You" again. This is known as "Homeostasis".

 

Are CBD UK Capsules Vegan & Vegetarian Friendly?

At CBD UK we have many different Capsules: Everything from our 10mg and 20mg Vegan Friendly, THC-free PURE CBD Capsules (available in 50 capsules/jar (500mg total) and 100 capsules/jar (1000mg total) options), and we also have a stronger 25mg non-vegan (contains gelatine) Capsule.
